- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Whatsapp message with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and the original shipping waybill included.
- For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is found.
- Refunds are processed and collected through the courier after approval.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to full additional shipping charges, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
